WALLS, CEILINGS, ATTACHED EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTED PER CODE: GOOD REPAIR, SURFACES CLEAN AND DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS - Comments: Observed several holes in walls and ceilings throughout rear ceiling above sales floor and in both restrooms. Observed stained ceiling tiles above sales floor. Must seal all holes, replace all stained and/or damaged ceiling tiles throughout facility. Must maintain all surfaces to be clean, non-porous and easily cleanable.
